Lynda Beetham has worked as a company Director and is therefore acutely aware of the issues concerning health in the workplace and the cost to the company of absenteeism, particularly long term sickness.
Power for Health not only focuses on nutrition but also takes an holistic approach coaching staff to encourage them to reach their optimum health potential by looking at:

Delivering the Well being Training
There are a number of options available for delivering the Well being Training. There is flexibility regarding these options and we are happy to discuss your company's personal requirements.
Option 1
One day Workshops - these workshops are designed for small groups of staff and will cover all the major aspects of well being.
Option 2
Healthy Working Lunch Programme - these 2 hour programmes run over a 6 week period from 12 noon until 2.00 pm. They are designed to give staff the opportunity to discuss their health concerns whilst covering all the aspects of a healthy lifestyle.
Option 3
2 day Intensive Workshops - these workshops cover all aspects of health and well being, they include breakout groups and question and answer sessions.
