Lynda has always been passionate about health and diet, looking after both the body and mind to create a healthy lifestyle. Having been involved in the fitness and health industry for over 7 years Lynda has trained as an Aromatherapist and has worked for a Health and Fitness Club. Lynda decided to channel her existing knowledge into formal training and gained a BSc in Holistic Nutrition. She has also been to India to research Ayurvedic medicine and is committed to natural approaches to healing being convinced that the body is capable of healing itself with the right support.

Having trained with American Lifestyle gurus Louise Hay and Anthony Robbins, Lynda is convinced that health and wellbeing is not just about nutrition. Her approach is all encompassing and includes both dietary and lifestyle recommendations. Lynda’s ultimate goal is to create in all her clients a positive and joyful outlook on life.

Lynda currently writes a weekly wellbeing column for the local newspaper, gives talks and seminars where she discusses various aspects of health and recent research reports into nutritional issues.
