Healthy Living For Life Course

I have launched my 'Healthy Living for Life' course on Zoom!

Please take the time to watch my video and get in touch with me to join. It's never too late to take control of your health!

I am holding my courses on Zoom, so it is easier for more people to participate. Please be assured this program is tried and tested and will really improve your health. I know when we are not feeling too good it is very hard to make that first step but be assured you will be guided, encouraged, and supported every step of the way. Let me help you on your journey to a healthier you.

I have decided this year that I want to support the Homeless, so my chosen charity is Shelter. To be homeless must be terrible and it saddens me that so many more people are living on the streets. Imagine not being able to go home and shut the front door and feel safe.

I am asking that participants of my courses this year give a voluntary contribution to Shelter, via Just Giving. Once you start the Programme, I will send you the link and I only ask for you to give whatever you can honestly afford. Or if you feel as I do please donate anyway.

The first course, launched in 2022, went so well with all participants feeling so much healthier.

Why not join them? I am delighted to say I have had a few requests for an evening course.

Just message me with your email to enroll.

I look forward to being your health coach. You have nothing to lose except for those unwanted pounds!

Invitation to Tea and Positivity

Tea and Positivity

Tea and Positivity has been running weekly for over a year.  This eclectic group came together during lockdown because there was a need for people to have some form of social contact.  Members are located from all across the UK. It takes place on Zoom and has been successful as a way of meeting and making new friends.  It is a fun and positive forum, where we discuss various topics ranging from, “Who Has Inspired you in your Life,” to “How to Find Balance in Your Life.”  The topics covered are always positive and politics, religion and any negative talk is not encouraged.

The mission of Tea and Positivity is to give everyone involved an opportunity to be heard and also a chance to meet and make new friends.  Friendship is key to mental health and this has become even more important as we have all experienced this awful pandemic.

Tea and Positivity welcomes new members just complete the contact form and you can enjoy the following:

  1. A relaxed and fun way of meeting new people.
  2. There is no pressure to speak but everyone is encouraged to contribute.
  3. The topic for discussion is sent out prior to the meeting with the zoom link so there is time to prepare.
  4. The sessions last for 1 hour and there is no travelling involved so if you are busy it’s a great way to meet people you might not otherwise have the opportunity to meet.

Life Love Loss By Elizabeth Beetham

Poetry Book

Life Love Loss

A book of beautiful poems written from the heart; Elizabeth expresses the breadth and depth of human emotions in this stunning collection of thought-provoking poetry. These poems will strike a chord with anyone who values hope, friendship, and love. Everything about life is here, from the joyous discovery of love to the depths of loss, the poignant to the playful, childhood to the resentment of older age.

Writing with courage with her deep experience of life as a multi-faceted human being, seeing the world through a kaleidoscope of emotions Elizabeth takes the reader on a journey of life, love and loss. No matter what you have experienced in life this poetry book will appeal to you.

An absolutely remarkable book. Such a journey of emotions, and an exploration of the human soul. Everything about life is here, from the joyous discovery of love to the depths of loss, the poignant to the playful, childhood to the resentment of older age. If poetry is about exploring ourselves, those who surround us, and our worlds, then this is poetry of the most profound sort.
